I'm a technical and engineering leader guided by a simple motto: "Build people, build code." Born and raised in Brazil, I carry with me a deep appreciation for people, culture, and community—values that shape how I build software and lead teams. I believe software should be human-centric—focused on solving real problems and making life better.
Beyond the office, I'm a co-host of the UtahJS Lehi meetups, where I help grow and support the local developer community. I'm passionate about helping people thrive, both in their careers and through the relationships they build along the way.
Outside of work, you'll find me hanging out with my wife and son, exploring new foods, battling it out over chess, or cheering on a good soccer match.
